Chicken and Avocado on Puff Pastry: 340 Calories Per Serving

WOW.  Giada got it right on this one.  Seriously, WOW.  This one is sooooo delicious.  The butteriness of the puff pastry, the natural deliciousness of avocado, the warm grilled chicken…  YUMMMM!!!

Now, whereas Giada made a 3 layer napoleon out of this yumminess, I could only have 1 piece of puff pastry so that I could lessen the calories. Still though, this is one of those dishes where Michael and I took one bite and had to stop and look at each other just to remark about the deliciousness. 🙂
